Tonight
Tonight
Stephen, at night, went to sleep in his comfy and cozy bed after drinking his delicious hot coffee. Before the sleep, Stephen turned off his phone and Siri, (like Alexa.) After some time, Stephen got a sweet sleep after whole five days of storing data and teasing his own brain in the office work. (At least a sigh of relief for him.) Stephen’s Siri also had a voice control system for fans and light on/off. At midnight suddenly the Siri woke up answering a question, although it had been turned off. Stephen, when woke up in the morning saw a letterbox hanging by golden pins. Stephen felt something weird. Then he picked up his phone power on it, but he saw a note on it too. Stephen first thought to complete his morning routine and then read the notes. After his bath, he went to see the weather forecast and asked Siri. He was just astonished to listen that Siri was still responding to someone till now. The thing which Stephen listened, got frightened.
At night, Stephen immediately ran over his house packing the things in his bag, and went for the Dreaded Graveyard. When he reached that point, was covered with Dracula Orchids and algae. At the back of his mind, a horror poem that he recently read, written by a very famous poet, played its cassette in Stephen's mind. The dogs howling aloud and even the graveyard beside the sea having low tides. Red Blood Moon partially covered with scary black clouds, miles away from the humans and pollution. Full silence only the wind blowing the autumn leaves away. The tides of water splashing here and there. So, on Stephen moved ahead, and suddenly his flashlight put upon a spooked monster, spreading his arms towards Stephen. Stephen suddenly picked up a branch from the ground and moved it towards the monster. He breathed in and out and went towards it. When he got near it, he saw that it was just a tree. He took a sigh of relief. He moved on, from nearby a voice called out Help!! Help!!! Help me!!!!. Stephen started chanting Hanuman Chalisa. Stored some courage and self-confidence. Then he followed the voice coming from around. And finally, reached the spot from where the voice came. But there was nothing and no one. Just a hole in the ground, he slowly went near it and suddenly all his friends came jumping crazily and laughing aloud from the hole and Stephen too laughing (Although, Stephen didn’t know what was actually was happening.)
